Dr. Antonio Virgili, consultant, researcher, his main studies have been at the State Universities of Napoli, Roma, Firenze so as, among the others, at the Regional Insitute for Health Education (Italy), National Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine (USA), British School of Yoga (UK), Open International University of Complementary Medicines (India), Baylor College of Medicine (USA). Has given lessons in several fields (Social Demography, Social Psychology, Social and Holistic Medicine, Reflexology, etc.) so as training seminars in health, human sciences, reflexology. Has published articles and books. He has been Panel Chairman of the ICIM Advisory Panel on Anthropology and History of Integrative Medicine. As a reflexologist and health consultant his main areas of interest are: preventive medicine, reproductive health, sexology, clinical and social psychology, applied reflexology and acupressure, neurosciences, aromatherapy, chromotherapy.
Dr. Virgili is a Member of several scientific and professional organizations, among them: The Association of Reproductive Health Professionals, International Union for the Scientific Study of Population, Indian Board of Alternative Medicines, Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research, British Holistic Medical Association, Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality, Association of Reflexologists, International Council of Reflexologists.
