Children massage and reflexology
From the birth till the teenage also children and teens may need some therapies for temporary problems so as for stress. Often person and parents undervalue children needs thinking they are free of pains or injuries, but unluckily this is not the reality. The many changes that happen in their bodies produce from time to time unbalances of some systems, they are more known about teens but they happen almost in the whole time of their growth. Parents know that often babies crie because have a pain or a need, if the parents learn how to help their babies by few basic reflexology and massage knowledge it may be the best solution for everyday care.
Massage for babies
Not only reflexology for specific targets but also a general massage may help babies in becoming more alert, responsive and to gain weight -if he/she is premature- and in general may transmit care and the love of parents. Of course special attention has to be given if the baby feels unconfortable, reluctant or cries (they all are ways to communicate).
From childhood to adolescence
Performing reflexology on a baby can help relieve the pain and stress of colic, colds, earaches, sore throats and muscle pains. It can relax a baby enough that he can pass the gas causing colic pains, and it can help the baby fall asleep even though he has pain in his ear or throat. Also, by massaging the part of the foot that corresponds to the colon, a parent can "cure" a constipated baby.
